A.P. High Court issued orders for the suspension of bail orders of Devender Gupta and Lokesh Sharma for whom Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate had granted bail earlier. National investigation agency had objected to this bail.
These persons are in Jaipur jail in connection with Ajmer bomb blast case.
It may be recalled that there was a powerful bomb blast in Makka Masjid on 18th May 2007 in which 9 persons were killed and later in police firing, five more persons were killed.
National Investigation Agency had filed a charge sheet against Swamy Aseema Nand and five others. Earlier, CBI had investigated these cases and implicated six persons who belong to right wing Hindu organization.
