Former Minister and Congress leader, DK Aruna today urged the Telangana Government to make her home town of Gadwal a new district. She called on Chief Secretary Dr Rajiv Sharma at Secretariat here and appealed him on the issue. Aruna discussed with Sharma on making Gadwal a special district for its resources. Since there is a plan to increase the number of districts the government should consider Gadwal which deserves to be a district she said.
