Major Incident manager
Location: Bangalore & Hyderabad (Only local candidates)

Excellent Incident Management skills like Command & Control on service recovery cycles, Experience managing medium to large scale outages,Escalation management, Handling outage notifications and outage documentation/accounting etc. Excellent soft skills and business writing skill sets. Collaboration/interaction with the business units, Experience working with global teams, Good understanding of any of the 2 technologies (network, database, storage, servers),Engaging the right teams and leaders from across the organization at the right time, Contribution to internal projects,Exposure to IDC infrastructure and connectivity, event management tools & processes and other ITIL verticals like (Escalation MGMT, Change MGMT & Problem MGMT) & ITIL certification is mandatory should be very flexible working in any shifts (day/night), Positive attitude towards work, IM Domain expertise& MNC experience is required.
Salary:INR 5,50,000 – 10,00,000 P.A
