Former Minister, Dr P Shankar Rao, today opined that major changes might occur in the State Government and also in the Congress Party after September 10. Talking to reporters here , Dr Rao said the major changes could be expected after visit of Union Ministers Ghulam Nabi Azad, Vylar Ravi and AK Antony to the State Capital from September 10. The party was losing its vote bank and grip among different communities due to the irresponsible behaviour and style of functioning of Chief Minister N Kiran Kumar Reddy, he alleged. The tainted Ministers must resign from the Cabinet to avoid putting the Congress High Command in a dilemma, he appealed. UNI
