Tokyo, April, 12: A 6.3-magnitude earthquake has hit east of Tokyo with no fear of triggering another tsunami.
The quake hit at 8:08 am Tuesday (2308 GMT Monday) off the coast of Chiba prefecture, just east of Tokyo, the agency said, adding there was no chance of a tsunami.
