Los Angeles: Singer Madonna tells son Rocco she misses him with upsetting throwback amid custody battle.
The 57-year-old has attempted to reach out to Rocco, who is currently living in Britain with his father Guy Ritchie and is refusing to return to the US, reports mirror.co.uk.
The pop superstar showed her vulnerable side with a heartbreaking post which featured a photograph of herself and Rocco, when he was a little boy.
She captioned the shot with the words “Tu me manqué”, which translates from French to mean “I miss you”.
The post has raised concern amongst fans who are surprised to see the usually tough Madonna be so honest.
One fan commented on the image: “I’m honestly crying because I know that the caption means I miss you…but your are strong Madonna. everything’s gonna be alright.”
Another told her: “He’s a rebel like his mum, he will come back give him time.”
It is the second time in a matter of weeks that the singer shared a throwback image of her son.
