Justice P. Chandra Kumar of A.P. High Court directed A.P. State Wakf Board not to interfere in the affairs of Madina Group of Institutions for 3 weeks in order to protect the interests of the students. However High Court maintain that the decision of Wakf Board to take these institutions under its control is valid.
It may be noted that Wakf Board had taken the control of Madina Institutions on Wednesday on receipt of many complaints of irregularities.
