Machli amritsari

INGREDIENTS

500 gm – fish
100 gm – Onions
5gm – Ginger
1 tsp – Ginger
1 tsp – cumin
4 Cloves – Garlic
1/2 tsp – Turmeric
1 tsp – chilli powder
Salt to taste
1 tsp – amchur
1/2 tsp – Garam Masala powder
30gms – Ghee

METHOD:

Scale, gut and clean fish

Cut into pieces on the bone.

Grind together all the ingredients and smear it on the fish.

Keep aside for 2 hours.

Heat ghee and deep fry fish till almost done and remove.

Just before serving, fry fish the second time and serve immediately.
