On the direction of high command, Congress MLC Mr. Mohammed Ali Shabbir is playing the role of an intermediary between Congress MPs and high command and advised the MPs not to take any hasty decision. He urged them to run separate Telangana movement being in the Congress and to continue consultation with the high command.
It must be recalled that that TRS chief Mr. K Chandrasekhar Rao suddenly reached senior leader Dr. K Keshav Rao’s residence and offered him to join TRS which created stir among Congress circles. Union Health Minister Mr. Ghulam Nabi Azad discussed the matter with Mrs. Sonia Gandhi and the high command in turn directed former minister Mohammed Ali Shabbir to communicate with the MPs.
