Congress deputy floor leader Mr. Mohammed Ali Shabbir demanded that chief minister K Chandrasekhar Rao immediately suspend advocate K Ram Krishna Reddy who is opposing Muslim reservations from the post of advocate general. Otherwise he warned to begin legal battle. He also asked government to clarify its stand regarding 12 pc reservations to Muslims and tribals during the new academic year.
Addressing a press conference on Monday at Gandhi Bhawan Mr. Shabbir said that if chief minister is serious over 12 pc reservations to Muslims then he at first suspend advocate general Ram Krishna Reddy who is opposing 4 pc Muslim reservations in High Court and Supreme Court.
