Congress MP (Rajya Sabha) Mr. M A Khan urged Election Commission to de-recognise Shiv Sena for issuing provocative statement asking withdrawal of Muslims right to vote. Mr. M A Khan said that people of Maharashtra and the country exuded confidence in BJP and Shiv Sena however both the parties failed to fulfil the promises made to the people. With a planned conspiracy allegations against Muslims are being fabricated to deviate people’s attention from governments’ failure. He told that minorities are not a vote bank of any particular community.
Mr. M A Khan asked the government to take note of Shiv Shena’s provocative remark and de-recognise it.
