Washington: Mexican actor Luis Gerardo Mendez has been signed on to star alongside Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston in ‘Murder Mystery’.
According to The Hollywood Reporter, the Netflix whodunit will be helmed by Kyle Newacheck, who recently directed the action comedy ‘Game Over, Man!’ for the entertainment company.
‘Beauty and the Beast’ actor Luke Evans is also part of the feature which follows a New York City cop (Sandler) as he finally takes his wife (Aniston) on a long-promised European trip.
The script has been penned by ‘White House Down’ writer James Vanderbilt.
