Lucknow: A verbal argument between a waiter and an Advocate turned ugly after the restaurant owner intervened and allegedly attacked the advocate and his associate accompanied with him.
The incident is reported from Lucknow where an advocate Satyavrat along with his friend visited a restaurant for lunch and ordered Biryani.
According to the Police, the waiter did turn up with the order of Biryani in ten minutes but reportedly served it to the other group unknown persons who arrived later.
When Advocate’s friend Satendra Singh protested saying they are entitled to the order first since they placed the order before the other group, the waiter started arguing with him. Only minutes later the Restaurant manager Uttam Sonker intervened and allegedly pushed Singh and threatened to call the Police.
According to Singh the Police said the manager Sonker along with his other men allegedly thrashed with the rear end of the gun.
Kaiserbagh inspector DK Upadhayay said an FIR is filed against manager Sonker under sections of attempt to murder, breach of peace, rioting and armed with deadly weapons. Sonker will soon be in Police custody after the completion of investigations.
