Hyderabad: Loyalty and long wait of veteran BJP leader and former Union minister of State Bandaru Dattatreya have finally been paid off. He was appointed as the Governor of Himachal Pradesh on Sunday.
President Ramnath Kovind issued orders appointing Dattatraya as Governor of the Himachal Pradesh State. Dattatraya succeeds Kalraj Misra as Governor of Himachal Pradesh State. Misra was transferred as Governor of Rajasthan.
