A low pressure area has formed over West Central bay and adjoining North West Bay of Bengal, off north Coastal Andhra Pradesh-South Odissa Coasts. Yesterday’s trough on sea level chart now runs from Coastal Odissa to South Tamil Nadu across Coastal Andhra Pradesh.
Under its influence, heavy rain at a few places with isolated very heavy rain would occur over Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Telangana while isolated heavy rain would occur over Rayalaseema during the next 48 hours, the Met Officer said here today. Moderate to rather heavy rain or thundershowers will occur at most places over Coastal Andhra Pradesh, Telangana and at many places over Rayalaseema during the same period. The rainfall would increase over the next two days. The sky over Hyderabad and neighbourhood would be cloudy. A few spells of rain or thunder showers will occur, at times heavy, in some areas over the next two days. The Maximum and minimum temperatures would be around 28 and 22 Degrees Celsius, respectively.
