A couple in love has committed suicide because their elders rejected their affair.
Krishnam Raju and Malleswari of Damaracharla have been in love for some time. On knowing this, his elders disapproved their love and got Krishnam Raju married to another woman. However, some days ago, Krishnam Raju disappeared with Malleswari.
On a complaint from Krishnam Raju’s wife and relatives, police searched for the lovers. The inseparable lovers reportedly jumped under a speeding train and ended their lives at Damaracharla railway station. (NSS)
