Civil and Building Engineering – Information for entry in 2014/15
Financial Support: Loughborough University Graduate School International Scholarships
Eligible Programme(s): All postgraduate taught programmes in the School of Civil and Building Engineering
Value: 25% of the programme tuition fee which will be credited to the student’s tuition fee account
Criteria for Award: Outstanding academic achievement
Eligible Fee Status: International, self-funding
Full time or Part-time: Full-time
Application procedure: If full supporting documentation is supplied with your application to study in the department, you will be automatically considered for a scholarship. No separate scholarship application is required.
Financial Support: School of Civil and Building Engineering Bursary
Eligible Programme(s): MSc Low Carbon Building Design and Modelling, MSc Low Energy Building Services Engineering, MSc Transport, MSc Waternad Environmental Management (Loughborough based), MSc Water and Waste Engineering (Loughborough based)
Value: £2,000, which will be credited to the student’s tuition fee account
Eligible Fee Status: International, self-funding
Full-time or Part-time: Full-time
Any Other Information: A bursary will be available to all self-financing, non-EU international students on one of the above programmes who are not in receipt of any other bursary or scholarship awarded by the University or an external body.

Eligible Programme(s): MSc Construction Management, MSc Construction Business Management, MSc Construction Project Management
Value: £1,500, which will be credited to the student’s tuition fee account
Eligible Fee Status: International, self-funding
Full-time or Part-time: Full-time
Any Other Information: A bursary will be available to all self-financing, non-EU international students on one of the above programmes who are not in receipt of any other bursary or scholarship awarded by the University or an external body.
Financial Support: Loughborough University International Alumni Bursary
Eligible Programme(s): All postgraduate taught programmes
Value: 10% of the programme tuition fee which will be credited to the student’s tuition fee account.
Eligible Fee Status: International, self funding
Full – time or Part-time: Full-time
Any other information: Available to all self funding full-time postgraduate taught students who are not in receipt of any other University award and who obtained their degree (undergraduate or postgraduate) from Loughborough University.
