London: ‘Subway’ employee serves bread from trash bin

Warwickshire: We all love to have food in eateries, food joints serving delicacies or fast foods but how many times do we bother to think about the hygiene of these foods served to us.

A shocking eye-popping video has emerged out showing a Subway Manager picking out bread from the trash bin to serve the customers.

The incident was reportedly shot by an employee in Warwickshire at Central Park Subway.

A source reported the video footage shows an unidentified manager reprimanding a colleague for throwing the bread roll away.

The manager is seen yelling at the employee saying: “We’re already short of bread rolls.”

The employee then loads the contaminated bread on to the trolley and leaves the kitchen pushed it out on to the shop floor for sale.

The subway employee who shot this video and does not want to named said: “I took the video to make people aware of what was happening because I know many people who have got really ill after eating there. Subway head office did nothing, so I decided to let people know the truth.”

The head authorities failing to take any action against the manager, the employee then sent the video footage to the Rugby Borough Council. He also informed the council about the manager who had earlier picked up cookies from the trash bin and served them to the customers.

Since the video was out on social media and newspapers subway outlets five-star hygiene rating has been downgraded.
