Telangana government will extend complete support for the success of the Hyderabad Literary Festival scheduled to be held at Hyderabad Public School here from January 23 to 26. This was assured by IT and Panchayat Raj minister KT Rama Rao during a meeting with the organisers of the festival.
The four-day event will see participation of 135 writers of 14 languages from 12 countries. Popular Hindi film lyricist and poet Javed Akhtar, Bollywood director Mahesh Bhatt, former chief of Censor Board Leela Samson, veteran journalist Arun Shourie and actor Tom Alter have confirmed their participation.
