New Delhi: The national capital today experienced a pleasant evening following light rain and thunderstorm in some parts of the city.
According to the MeT department, the minimum temperature settled at 24.3 degrees Celsius, normal for this time of the year.
“Rainfall was traced in some parts of the city during the evening, but it is not measurable,” a MeT official said, adding in Palam area, 0.2 mm rainfall was recorded.
The maximum temperature dipped marginally from yesterday and settled at 38.1 degrees Celsius. Yesterday, the maximum temperature was 39.2 degrees Celsius.
Humidity oscillated between 64 per cent and 32 per cent.
The weatherman has forecast mainly clear skies for tomorrow. The maximum and minimum temperatures are likely to hover around 37 degrees Celsius and 22 degrees Celsius respectively.
