BJP Telangana State party has called upon its workers to take message of “NaMo Mantra” to every corner of the State highlighting developmental and welfare programs of the Union government.
Addressing the State party executive meeting on second day of the concluding session, State party president Dr K Laxman said the TRS government has failed to provide basic facilities in the State even after two and half year its regime. The way welfare programs are being implemented gives room to apprehend the government sincerity towards the poor, he said adding that the party would mount pressure on the state government to implement welfare programs.
Lamenting functioning of the TRS government, Laxman said the State government has failed to implement double bed room scheme. Just building some houses in Erravalli village that was adopted by Chief Minister K Chandrasekhar Rao, the government was propagating as if it has constructed lakhs of houses. The government also did not keep its word of giving three acre land to Dalits, he said, adding that the TRS government was trying to play vote-bank politics by raising issue of 12% reservation to the Muslim community. The BJP chief asserted that his party would oppose any religion-based reservation.
Laxman said the party aim is to become an alternative force in Telangana state. He called upon party workers to visit every village and highlight failure of the state government. (NSS)
