Dept. of Minorities Welfare of Telangana State is not showing any interest for the inclusion of provisions in the annual plans of the banks for the year 2015-16. State Bank of Hyderabad had written to Minorities Finance Corporation to view the details of the Welfare schemes to be implemented through the banks in the next financial year. So far the department has not furnished any details since adequate progress has not been made during the current financial year in respect of schemes to be operated through banks. If these details are not furnished, minorities will not get any benefits during the next financial year.
