We brought smiles on faces of dropouts and unemployed youth besides students from publicly funded institutions and unskilled students of madaris. We did small things but they gave us big smiles. We make students who are helpless, hopeless, and poor to realize and understand their area of giftedness. The initiative will help directionless unemployed youth and unskilled students to gain employability skills through fetching jobs that are hot in market.
LUSF offers free services in the area of skill development, training, and placement assistance through apprentice melas through student industry linkage through the help of recognized agencies to the unskilled youth. It is a non-political, secular, non-profitable organization strongly believes that only through useful education, universal values and marketable skills can empower and change the destiny of underprivileged.
VISION: To facilitate and make every disadvantaged individual self-reliant creating a society of independent people living with dignity through socio-educational, cultural and economic change.

It provides awareness through pragmatic education and vocational skills for better career of unemployed youth and dropouts. We work from scratch, from there to skill education to the industry than to settlement.
On one hand, ailing atmosphere, chronic poverty, mass unemployment and rampant corruption ameliorating the pace of growth of the country, on the other hand mismatch skill education and market-oriented education drives lusf and its social workers attract to work hard and drive the wheels of letting us serve foundation towards its destination. Our dedicated team making inroads into curriculum of madaris to induct market education like computer skills and English education. At present 3 batches are running successfully at Sriramnagar of Yousufguda area. The batch timings are 10 AM to 3 pm and
5 pm to 8 pm
GUIDING PRINCIPLES:
Through qualitative healthy relationships by practicing suave activities, change can be introduced to develop the personality. In worldly affairs, Intention builds hope, hope builds faith (Imaan), faith builds events to be organized from there it leads to piety towards progress/success/development.
Perceptions of differences can be eliminated through mutual sharing of knowledge and wisdom. It can be materialized through unifying activities to prevent mind clash.
Our think tank applies innovative methods to contribute skill education and induct the scientific parameters to bring out the giftedness of ignored children.
Unity comes through service-minded outsiders or knowledgeable personalities and local good-intentioned people.

(Communication skills, interpersonal skills, soft skills and negotiation skills).
Basic English program is designed to teach to all who are not yet exposed to official language in madaris. Advanced English program is planned to those who are taking computer skills program at LUSF office.
CAREER GUIDANCE: is designed to support talented career makers. Help desk support system for career building through career counseling. Helpline to needy career makers. Awareness programs on creation of platform to develop leadership. FREE Seminar on Personality Development.
SKILL CERTIFICATE will be issued by the government after writing examination that will help to get jobs in open market anywhere. We prepare the candidates to face the examination in a simple way.
LUSF has not only strong foundation at gross roots but also strong network to support the needy in their endeavors. It offers challenges to fulfill the cherished goals.

LET US SERVE is providing free legal counseling consultancy and Case solutions for our needy people aim to secure the people of the region to get justice in the socio-economic and political sphere. We make the machinery of administration of justice easily accessible and in reach of those who have to report it for enforcement of rights given to them by law.
The Objectives of LUSF are to give free legal services to the poor and needy who are unable to afford the services of an advocate for the conduct of a case or a legal proceeding in any court, tribunal or before a Judicial authority.
We arrange to provide free legal aid through our eminent legal experts to those who cannot access justice due to economic and other disabilities.
We request the needy that they can bring their cases and legal issues/disputes to us for legal solutions. We will be entertaining all criminal and civil cases across all courts situated in and around Hyderabad.
