1st Addl. Metropolitan Sessions Judge, Nampally Court sentenced 7 years rigorous imprisonment to accused of LeT Mohammed Ziaul Haque. National Investigation Agency had investigated this case.
Ziaul Haque was arrested from his residence from Edi Bazar. Police Bhavani Nagar seized two Chinese made hand grenades, 7.4 mm pistol, Cartridges and a mobile phone. NIA alleged that Ziaul Haque is the member of Pakistani Terrorist Organization Lashkar-e-Tayyaba. It alleged that Ziaul Haque met Pakistani citizen Abu Ali in Saudi Arabia who had introduced him to Abdul Aziz, commander of LeT.
