Sydney: Australian coach Darren Lehmann has called on his misfiring middle-order batsmen to find top gear during the upcoming three-match Test series against the inexperienced West Indies side.
Referring to the lack of contribution from middle-order batsmen in the just concluded series against New Zealand, Lehmann said that he would like to see them score more runs and put their mark on the competition, the Sydney Morning Herald reported.
Lehmann also insisted that Australia couldn’t take the tourists lightly as West Indies have got a good bowling attack.
Australia will take on West Indies in the first Test in Hobart next Thursday. (ANI)
