The Role
Charterhouse is working with a highly respected law firm in Qatar. Due to continued growth throughout 2016, our client is looking to hire a Secretary who is fluent in Arabic and English who will support the Corporate and Arbitration Team.
You will be responsible for diary management, coordinating meetings and travel arrangements and typing and editing documents in Arabic and English. You will also draft general correspondence and prepare monthly billing and client reports. Additionally, you will be accountable for client liaison along with other administrative tasks assisting the busy Partners and the Office Manager.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a solid secretarial background with at least 3 years’ experience working in a similar role and possess a high calibre of secretarial skills. It is essential you are flexible, team focused, happy and willing to assist in all necessary tasks. In addition, you should have exceptional communication and organisation skills along with an ability to thrive in a busy environment where multitasking is a strength. Fluency in Arabic and English is a prerequisite.
