Mumbai, May 26: The much talked about film KITES might finally be served with a legal notice if the latest developments surrounding the film are taken into account.

According to our sources, some distributors are extremely annoyed with the fact that KITES did not have any pure Hindi version for the audiences in states like Bihar. This has prompted the distributor of the state of Bihar to think about serving a legal notice to the filmmaker and the main distributor who had promised them that the film will be in Hindi.
As per some distributors, the audiences cannot identify with the film since it has a lot of Spanish and English language portions which is beyond the interest and grasp of the audiences.
Well, it seems that KITES is proving to be a dicey affair not only for the audiences but the distributors too who feel that the film has no connect with the audiences in non-urban areas.
