Hyderabad: Using the legal flexibility, rich people succeed in freeing themselves from the clutches of law while the poor is easily caught into its trap. These views were expressed by former Director General of Police Mr. P Ramulu who was addressing on the occasion of inaugural of a voluntary organization here.
On the occasion of inauguration of The Citizen Grievance Addressal Bureau former DGP J Dora, former commissioner M V Krishna Rao and others were present. Former DGP said that no one could remain safe from the law for a long time he would come under law’s clutches one or other day.
On the occasion justice Ghulam Ahmed told that one needed to have complete information and awareness regarding the law before taking any decision and the common man due to lack of awareness could not take a good decision.
