What is the LEC? The LEC – Leadership Excellence Course is a course modeled on the Seerah of Rasoolullahﷺ who is the best model of leadership for all mankind. The LEC focuses on the lessons that we can learn from the Seerah of Rasoolullahﷺ and see how we can apply them in our lives to become winners in this world and the next.
Why should I attend the LEC?
Success is location specific. Success for the fish is not success for the fishing eagle. Each of us was created with unique strengths. At the same time an environment that matches our strengths and enables them to flower was also created. The successful person is one who can match his strengths to the environment. The LEC will provide the opportunity for you to discover your strengths. Naturally this depends on how much effort you make but the environment and tools will be given to you. The rest is up to you. Leadership is a personal choice.
What you need to bring to the class:
Willingness to learn, seriousness of purpose, application of effort, questioning, willingness to share your learning, personal discipline and a sense of fun.
The LEC is not for profit
The LEC is run purely for the benefit of people who want to become leaders learning from the Best of the Best – Muhammadﷺ the Messenger of Allahﷻ. All teachers teach without charging any fee. Your cost is only for the logistics you use. Nobody makes any monetary profit. We ask for reward only from Allahﷻ.
