Chandauli (UP), April 18: Three persons have been arrested in a dowry death case in Fesuda village, police said today.
Father-in-law, mother-in-law and sister-in-law of the victim Archana Singh (25), who allegedly committed suicide on April 16, were arrested yesterday on a complaint by the victim’s father.
In his complaint the victim’s father had alleged that the three were demanding dowry from him and also regularly harassing his daugther.
Police is probing the matter.
