Mr. Mohammed Abid Rasool Khan, Chairman of A.P. State Minorities Commission told that on the basis of his recommendations, Minorities Welfare Minister, Mr. Rahman Khan has informed him that the last date of submission of applications for the award of scholarships by Central Govt. has been extended up to 10th October 2013 for Pre-Matric, Post-Matric and Merit-cum-means scholarships. Mr. Abid Rasool Khan had requested him to extend the date up to 30th October but the Minister of Minorities Welfare agreed to extend it up to 10th October.
