Srinagar, November 12: The last batch of 201 Haj Pilgrims today left for Jeddah from Srinagar International Airport, taking the number of devotees performing the annual pilgrimage in Saudi Arabia this year from Jammu and Kashmir to 7588.
The pilgrims were scheduled to leave for Jeddah on Saturday last, but their departure was delayed as travel documents of most of them could not reach the Haj House from Mumbai Haj Committee in time, an official spokesman said.
