Hyderabad: Mr. Khizar bin Abu Bakar, a resident of Narsingi lodged a complaint with Mr. Sandeep Shindalia, Commissioner of Police, Cyberabad saying that Aishwarya Reddy, daughter of Mr. T. Pulinder Reddy, Addl. DCP of Cyberabad and her business partner, Abdullah bought 2.7 acre in Narsingi and entered into an agreement with the land owner who is a farmer. A sum of Rs. 10 lakh was paid as advance. Since the balance amount was not paid within the stipulated time, the owner of the land sold out his land to two persons Gangadhar Reddy and Ravinder Reddy.
After a few days, Pulinder Reddy allegedly started harassing Mr. Khizar bin Abu Bakar saying that he has cheated his daughter Aishwarya Reddy.
Despite the fact that Khizar is a native of Narsingi, a criminal case was registered in Raidurgam Police station. On 26th July, the signatures of Khizar were obtained forcibly on cheques in Raidurgam Police Station. Mr. Khizar lodged a complaint on 12th August with the Commissioner of Police, Cyberabad requesting him to register cases against four police officials.
Acting on his petition, Commissioner of Police, Cyberabad registered a case against Addl. DCP, Mr. Pulinder Reddy, Mr. Prasad, Inspector of Police, Mr. Rajshekar, Sub-Inspector of Police and Mr. Lakshmi Narayana, Police Constable for collecting money forcibly.
ACP of Madhapur, Mr. Ramana Kumar has been appointed as investigating officer. The Commissioner of Police, Cyberabad is dealing with this case directly.
