The Telangana State Government will soon conduct a comprehensive land resurvey using modern technology, Chief Commissioner of Land Administration Raymond Peter has said.
Inaugurating a two-day national seminar on “National land survey policy — land records, modern methods by Centre for Land Use Management” at Taj Deccan Hotel here on Friday, Raymond Peter said the State government will adopt modern methods for lands survey. The Government was also making efforts to digitize all the data and details of the lands across the State, he said, adding that with this, the entire land data will become online for better knowledge and land bank availability.
Reymond Peter said the Centre was ready to provide funds for the land survey, which will be taken up soon. The CCLA also mentioned that they have already completed the land survey in Nizamabad district. “We will begin the digitization of the lands in the State”, he added. (NSS)
