TRS leader and Siddipet MLA T Harish Rao lambasted the Vijayawada Congress MP Lagadapati Rajagopal, for opposing Telangana. He said Lagadapati was talking without sense.
Some leaders of other parties belonging to Zaharibad, Medak district have joined the TRS on Wednesday. Speaking on the occasion, Harish Rao declared that the TRS would not rest until it achieved Telangana. Referring to the reports that Telangana would soon be a reality, Harish has alleged that some Seemandhra leaders were trying to obstruct the state division.
He referred to Lagadapati and said such leaders were once again talking about integration. He has alleged that Lagadapati was talking with a sadist mentality. Harish Rao said that his was a blind opposition to Telangana. Asserting that none could now stop Telangana, he said Congress should give Telangana now and warned that if it did not people would themselves achieve it after 2014 elections.
Harish Rao said they were not against those who migrated to Telangana for a livelihood. He also asserted that they would not be cowed down by threats.
Referring to the Telangana Sadhana Sabha of the Congress leaders, he said they should prove that they were capable of achieving Telangana.
He made it clear that they would continue their fight until the Telangana bill was moved in the Parliament and warned that the Congress would vanish from the region, if it did not concede Telangana.
