Congress leader and Vijayawada MP Lagadapati Rajagopal today expressed his unhappiness over the party high command not providing passes to Seemandhra Congress leaders to the AICC meeting.
Speaking to the media here today, Lagadapati said they would find out why Seemandhra Congress leaders were not provided passes in Delhi. “It is unfortunate that our region party leaders have not received passes from the Congress and we will ask the senior leaders in Delhi the reason for it. “Earlier, we gave no-trust motion against UPA government and not against the Congress. Being a Congressman, I will definitely attend AICC session”, Lagadapati said.
The Congress has not invited six Seemandhra Congress MPs who had served no-confidence notice against the government. The MPs are: Rayapati Sambasiva Rao, Undavalli Arun Kumar, Sai Pratap, Sabbam Hari and Harsh Kumar. (NSS)
