Refusing to react on present politics, Vijayawada former MP Lagadapati Rajagopal said that he was staying away from politics and made it clear that he will not respond on it.
Rajagopal has come to Khairathabad RTA office for registration of his new Skoda Car on Wednesday here. He met both Andhra Pradesh and Telangana States Transport Commissioners on the occasion. While knowing Lagadapati’s arrival to RTA office, mediapersons rushed to him and asked to respond on the present politics. He made it clear that he will not respond on politics as he was staying away from politics since the division of the State.
It may be recalled that Lagadapati Rajagopal took a pledge during the Telanagana movement that he will leave politics in case the Centre divides the State. He quit the politics following his pledge after the division of the Andhra Pradesh State. (NSS)
