Hyderabad: A woman software engineer died on the spot when a TSRTC bus hit her on Road No 12 Banjara Hills here on Wednesday.
The victim, identified as Sirisha, was reportedly working for a software firm in the city. Police said the mishap occurred when the bus, which was allegedly driven in a rash and negligent manner, hit her while she was crossing the road. She died on the spot while crossing the road at busy Pension Office junction.
Sirisha was got married and was living at Khairatabad from where she was going to office when the accident occurred. The TSRTC bus of Mehdipatnam depot knocked her down to death. (NSS)
