The owner of a software company has been sexually assaulting a female employee of his company. He has been sending disgusting messages to her, apart from assaulting her in a number of ways.
As stated by the Banjara Hills police, at Road No 2 in Bnajara Hills, there is a software company by name Dots Spider Private Ltd. The Managing director of this company settled in Singapore. So, it is being watch over by his father Parameshwar Rao, who was 56 years old.
A 23 years old young woman has been working as a HR Manager in the same company. For last three months, the old man had set his eye on the said young woman. He has been making all sorts of efforts to lay trap for her.
He has been seducing her by s screening the porn pictures in his mobile to her and has been asking her to enjoy the same. He even pressurized her to go with him in his car and harass her in many ways.
Due to this unbearable torture, she left her job, a week before. On Monday, she made a complaint with the Banjara Hills police.
The police have registered a cased under IPC Sections 354, 354(a), 506 and 507 and searching for the accused who is absconding.
