Lack of interest in studies drive boy to suicide

A 16-year-old boy committed suicide by setting himself ablaze in Vanasthalipuram police limits.

The deceased, AV Ravi Teja, took the extreme step on October 1 when he alone at the house IN Kammaguda of Turkiyajmal. Later, his father Tukaram rushed him to Osmania General Hospital where he died last night. Enquiries by the police revealed that Ravi Teja was not interested and therefore, committed suicide, according to Sub-Inspector Raja Mallareddy.
