KVP backstabbed party, Says VH

Telangana senior Congress leader and Rajya Sabha member V. Hanumanth Rao has alleged that KVP Ramachandra Rao had backstabbed the Congress party after being elected to the Rajya Sabha.

Speaking to the media here on Monday, Hanumanth Rao alleged that KVP kept silent on the State bifurcation till he was elected to Rajya Sabha and behaving atrociously after he was elected unanimously. Alleging that KVP was conspiring to obstruct the Telangana Bill in Parliament, VH slammed the former for running into the well of the Upper House in defiance of the Congress party.
Hanumanth Rao said he had asked Union minister Rajiv Shukla as to how a ticket for Rajya Sabha was given to the ungrateful man. (NSS)
