Dubai: An Indian woman was brutally beaten and stabbed to death in a suburb of Kuwait City and her dead body was recovered from her flat lying in a pool of blood.
The woman was found dead in her flat in Khaitan area and her husband was nowhere to be found, the Arab Times reported.
The flat mate of the murdered woman alerted the Operations Room of the Interior Ministry about the dead body. A rescue team was sent to the spot, as per the sources.
The officers found the body with the furniture scattered all over the place. The identity of the woman was not revealed.
The body was handed over to the forensics department and an investigation was in progress to determine the whereabouts of the husband and bring the suspect to justice.
