Bangalore, March 12: JDS leader H D Kumaraswamy today said he would raise the allegations of corruption faced by Karnataka Chief Minister B S Yeddyurappa in Lok Sabha next week.
Kumaraswamy, who recently brought up fresh allegations against Yeddyurappa that a trust run by him had collected Rs 27 crore donations from various firms in return for official favours, said Left Parties, TDP, AIADMK and even some Congress leaders have agreed to support him in the debate on the mater in the Lok Sabha.
Talking to reporters at a function organised to welcome some Congress leaders from Gulbarga into JDS, he hit out at BJP leaders for defending Yeddyurappa on the issue of “donation rising”.
“If BJP views that Trusts can be floated and donations can be raised, let its government in Karnataka pass a resolution to this effect and continue it,” he said.
