In the wake of GHMC elections, Minister for Panchayat Raj and IT KT Rama Rao today wooed people at Golnaka in Amberpet, saying that the poor will get two bedroom houses. Along with Home Minister N Narsimha Reddy, TRS city president M Hanmantha Rao and local leader E Sudhakar Reddy, KTR toured in Ganganagar and unfolded a TRS Party flag and opened a women hostel.
Speaking on the occasion, KTR asserted that the Government will construct two bedroom houses for the poor and will not collect money. ‘We will be providing the housing facility free of cost to the poor who should not give a single rupee to middlemen or any others’ KTR said. The TRS Government is for the poor and their welfare. Every eligible poor woman will get house on her name.
The minister maintained that steps will be taken to close the open nalas in the area and address all grievances, and to provide facilities. The people should trust in the ruling party for their welfare. The TRS Government waived off transport tax to the driving community and announced to waive off the bills of power and water in the GHMC area, KTR said.(NSS)
