Minister for Handlooms, Textiles and IT, KT Rama Rao on Thursday visited the Pochampally Textile Park in Yadadri Bhuvanagiri district.
The minister inspected the textile park and spoke to the officials there. Later he met the workers and enquired about their issues.
KTR directed the officials to distribute tricycles to divyaang (physically challenged) workers of the textile unit. The minister said that the TRS government was committed to promoting and boosting handlooms and handicrafts across the state and had taken up numerous measure in this regard. (INN)
