TRS leader and Sircilla MLA Kalvakuntla Taraka Ramarao has severely criticized Union Home Minister Sushil Kumar Shinde for giving a cryptic answer that there was no deadline for announcing decision on the Telangana issue.
Speaking to mediapersons after releasing a wall-poster on general strike on February 21 and 22 here on Tuesday, KTR demanded that the Union Home Minister give an explanation to the people of the region as to why he changed his tune as against his declaration that a solution to the Telangana issues would be made by January 28.
The TRS leader also said they would actively participate in the programs announced by the Telangana Political JAC to exert pressure on the Congress elected representatives in the region.
He also declared his party’s total support to the nationwide strike. (NSS)
