Panchayat Raj Minister K Tarakarama Rao has announced that the State Government would establish industrial parks across the Telangana State, including Hyderabad.
Addressing the training session of TRS leaders at Nagarjuna Sagar in Nalgonda district on Monday, KTR said that the State Government has been making strenuous efforts for rapid industrialisation of Telangana State. He said that the Telangana State Industrial Infrastructure Corporation has been provided with 2.5 lakh acres of land for establishment of industrial parks. He assured that the proposals for establishment of Mega Projects would be cleared in 15 days through single-window system. He also promised basic facilities of other industries within 30 days of their establishment.
KTR claimed that Hyderabad is fast emerging as the hub for aerospace. Citing instances, he said that the cabin of US President Barack Obama’s helicopter is being manufactured in Hyderabad. He said other units for manufacturing of defense products would be established with collaboration with the Central Government. (INN)
