After the formation of separate Telangana State, the family members are dominating the government. In the same manner the arrangements for the proposed TRS Plenary Session have been entrusted to Mr. KCR’s son, Mr. K.T. Rama Rao, Minister for Panchayati Raj and IT. It is reported that the other Ministers are not important at State level. Mr. KTR is directly in contact with the TRS leaders of Mandal and Assembly levels to give instructions for making the session a success. It may be noted that earlier Mr. KTR had not shown any such interest. This time he is making an attempt to create his separate identity by contacting the grass root level leaders of the party. Party sources indicated that earlier, Mr. T. Harish Rao, Irrigation Minister used to make arrangements at State level meetings. This time Mr. KCR kept Mr. Harish Rao away from these arrangements and entrusted this job to his son Mr. KTR. It is reported that this situation is under discussion in various circle of the party. It is to be seen that the reasons for keeping Mr. Harish Rao away from these arrangements could only be known during the session.
