KTR launches Micromax unit

Launching noted mobile company Micromax manufacturing facility at Maheshwaram near Hyderabad, IT Minister K T Rama Rao today said that the government is offering permissions to the companies and business in a transparent and hassle free manner. He extended thanks to Micromax for giving jobs to local talent and promised that the government will offer complete support to those coming with investments. Micromax which has invested about Rs 80 cr to Rs 100 cr for the new facility accommodates 700 staff which may rise to 1000 soon. KTR said that the new industrial policy fetched laurels to the state besides huge investments from across the nation and world. So far, TSiPass could rope in 1691 new companies that invested Rs 20347 cr and providing jobs to 36,691 persons. Of the industries that got permission 841 began business he said adding that efforts are on to provide huge number of jobs to youth and eligible local talent through these companies. We are also focusing on to provide them roads, power, water and other amenities for smooth functioning.
