KTR blames Naidu for delay in HC bifurcation

Panchayat Raj Minister K Tarakarama Rao has accused Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu of causing obstacles in the bifurcation of High Court.

Speaking to media persons here n Sunday, KTR alleged that AP Chief Minister has been pressuring the Centre to stall the bifurcation of High Court. He claimed that the Telangana Government has written letters to the Centre on multiple occasions and even Prime Minister Narendra Modi was requested thrice to expedite the division of High Court. However, Chandrababu Naidu has been using different tactics to stall the bifurcation process.

KTR said that the Telangana Government was ready to abide by any conditions by the Supreme Court to ensure the bifurcation of High Court. He said it was wrong to delay the division of High Court when all other departments have already been bifurcated. (INN)
